This Privacy Policy explains how Global Marketing & Web Services LLC (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit www.global-marketing.org or contact us.
1. Who we are (data controller)

2. What data we collect
- Contact form and e-mail: your name, e-mail address and the content of your message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, date and time of access, stored in server logs for security and operation of the website.
- Client data: if you become our client, contact and billing details necessary to provide our services and issue invoices.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your inquiry and preparing an offer – steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Providing our services and invoicing – performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
- Security and operation of the website – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling and we do not sell it to anyone.
4. How long we keep data
Inquiries are kept for as long as necessary to handle them and for up to 2 years afterwards, unless a contractual relationship arises. Accounting and billing records are kept for the period required by law. Server logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
5. Recipients and processors
Your data may be processed by our service providers acting on our behalf, in particular the web hosting and e-mail provider (Websupport, Slovakia, EU). The website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC), which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when the page is displayed. Because our company is based in the USA, data may be accessed from outside the EU; in such cases we rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies
The website uses only technically necessary cookies, for example to remember your selected language (pll_language) and for the operation of the administration. These cookies do not require consent. We currently do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we start using them, we will ask for your consent in advance.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
